Migratory-Coconut

i moved out of home. i live in a new town, but it's not really new to me. and i actually live way out in the middle of nowhere with a long driveway and an unlikely petting zoo. i work a lot, i miss my tallboy a lot, i also see him a lot and i drive a lot. i'm going camping for three days at the red river gorge next week and i'm just a little worried that we'll get lost and never find our way out again, but mostly i'm just excited. i have to rise before the sun tomorrow. it's ridiculous how much things have changed since the last journal i wrote on here. my life is an out of sorts circus and i love it.

I've got my ticket to Bonnaroo, and I keep seeing turtles on the side of the road. Yesterday it was a giant snapping turtle, so I pulled over and poked him with my foot to see him lurch in anger and defense. All these animals, sewing together some kind of message for me. Red fox, grey coyote, canyon mouse, rabbit baby, turtles. The fort of Frank is flooded, highest flood we've had since 1997... It's all very amazing and I just want to swim. People who live in boathouses keep throwing parties and all's good for them. Camping out in an empty house with lots of mango orange juice and chocolates of an interesting sort..
